Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Even when contracts do not require diversity goals, we aim for equity and inclusion in our business practice. We make it a priority to work with small businesses, women-owned businesses, and minority-owned businesses.
Building an equitable future.
Our vibrant apprentice programs offer on-the job training and opportunity for women and minorities. Having worked on many large projects funded by the city government and other non-profit organizations, we are accustomed to meeting subcontracting and workforce goals designated by the owners.

As a union contractor, the availability of MBE/FBE field and shop personnel is often dependent on qualified labor availability from our union halls’ staffing methods. We leverage our strong relationship with the union halls to try and meet boots-on-the-ground diversity requirements to the best of our ability.
