The CWRU Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Building is T.H. Martin's most ambitious project yet. With 189,000 square feet of complex HVAC systems consisting of welded ductwork, chilled beams, and fin tube, T.H. Martin has provided high-quality services as the prime mechanical contractor. Starting with the enabling portion of the project, T.H. Martin has forged a strong relationship with the construction manager, Turner Construction, and we have proudly worked hand-in-hand to pave the way for a successful project.

Part of the Sherwin Williams Building Our Future project, the 600,000 square-foot facility located in Brecksville, Ohio, will bring chemists, engineers, technicians and support teams together into a state-of-the-art hub for innovation and development of the Company’s future products and services. The new R&D Center will support product development, coatings research, color technology and process engineering. 

T.H. Martin provided $16 million+ of mechanical services.

The Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Center expansion is a landmark project advancing biomedical research in Cleveland’s Innovation District. T.H. Martin provided sheet metal and mechanical piping services, including specialized fuel oil systems, to support the facility’s  laboratories and research infrastructure. T

 

The project reflects TH Martin’s expertise in delivering complex mechanical systems for world-class healthcare and research environments.​​
